Terms of Use

My Register is provided as-is, free to use, for personal note-taking. By using it, you agree to the following:

• Your data lives in your browser's local storage — clearing your browser data, switching devices, or reinstalling your browser will remove it unless you've exported a backup first.
• We recommend exporting a JSON backup regularly (Settings → Export Backup) for anything important.
• We're not liable for data loss — please keep your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose.
• Don't use My Register to store anything illegal or to violate anyone else's rights.
• The service may change, and features may be added or removed over time, as this is an independently maintained project.
